Harnessing Technology for Breakthrough Discoveries

Our integrated HTS² (High-Throughput Sequencing-Based High-Throughput Screening) platform uniquely combines cutting-edge liquid handling, multimodal assay detection, and high-content imaging with deep sequencing analytics. Our ECHO 650, Bravo, Hamilton STAR, CyBio Well vario, and Apricot iPP provide automated, low-volume, high-precision liquid handling to enable cost-effective assay miniaturization, critical for scaling NGS-based readouts. The EnVision, PHERAstar, FLIPR, and Operetta support phenotypic and biochemical pre-screens, enabling smart selection or enrichment before sequencing. FLIPR and Operetta add kinetic and high-content dimensions. The integration of automation, phenotypic profiling, and sequencing, into our HTS² platform provides scientists with an unprecedented view of cellular responses to genetic or chemical perturbations accelerating discovery, derisking development, and generating actionable biology from day one.

High-throughput, multiplex screening

EnquBio offers Ultra-High-Throughput advanced assay flexibility, high sensitivity, and scalability with automation. With integrated systems including the Operetta CLS for high-content imaging, BMG PHERAstar FSX for fast multimode detection, PerkinElmer EnVision for robust biochemical and cell-based assays, and the FLIPR Tetra for kinetic, real-time GPCR and ion channel analysis, we offer unmatched assay development and screening throughput across a wide range of target classes. This infrastructure enables us to screen hundreds of thousands of compounds with precision, speed, and deep biological insight to deliver high-quality hits and actionable data to fuel your discovery pipeline.

Ultra-high-throughput screening

Our high-dimensional flow cytometry platform harnesses next-generation spectral analyzers and sorters to enable ultra-deep immune profiling, rare population detection, and high-purity cell isolation. Equipped with cutting-edge instruments such as the Cytek Aurora CS and Cytek Northern Lights, we provide rapid, scalable insights into complex cellular landscapes. High-dimensional flow cytometry allows for the simultaneous analysis of dozens of markers at the single-cell level, revealing rare subsets, functional states, and dynamic immune signatures often overlooked by conventional methods.

High-dimensional flow cytometry

We leverage MSD’s S-PLEX platform to enable ultrasensitive multiplex cytokine detection with industry-leading sensitivity. S-PLEX significantly enhances immunoassay performance by lowering the limit of detection (LLOD) by 10- to 1000-fold compared to conventional methods, routinely achieving detection in the low femtogram/mL range. These ultra-low detection limits allow for the quantification of low-abundance analytes, reduced sample volumes, and minimized reagent use.

Built on MSD's robust assay chemistry, consumables, and instrumentation, S-PLEX follows a familiar workflow while delivering superior sensitivity. When combined with our high-dimensional flow cytometry systems (Cytek Aurora CS and Cytek Northern Lights), this platform enables comprehensive immune-profiling—simultaneously capturing cytokines, chemokines, and growth factors at sub-picogram levels from minimal sample input. This integrated approach supports deep immune monitoring and the discovery of functional biomarkers, accelerating progress in immunotherapy, inflammation, and neuroscience research.
